Really, Now I know why those teen age girls got collected on roof of my neighbor, after I had spent 20minutes digging in Yard and was all sweaty, and my sweat made the design of my muscles and abs over my purple T-shirt. They were giggling a lot (Was weird and creepy, I thought they were making fun of me. Finished my work and returned in). If I knew that would have given them a show, would have also used the water hose gotten myself wet. Hehehe 😂😂

I honestly get nerdy about it. Lol it's so impressive just watching them give it their all and push themselves. I often work out twice as hard when a man is there giving 100%.. I don't know why, it just motivates me.
When I'm working out no, I'm paying attention to noone but myself. But in general I like seeing guys sweaty and working hard.

Of women like to watch (attractive) men workout. look up the CW show Arrow. Most of the episodes involve physical training. Especially the salmon ladder.
If "work out" in this context is strictly about lifting weights in the gym, the answer is no.
If "work out" also includes sports like playing tennis etc, the answer is yes.
I've had more girls want to watch me do yard work or play a sports against other people than actually workout. I think there's something to that. Hmmm
