Do women really have hair around anus or inside asscheeks?

Sure they potentially have, all the body except some areas (like palms) could potentially grow hairs or have active follicles, wether they stem strong androgynous hairs or imperceptible ones. The chance varies between ethnicities and hormones. Some ethnic groups are less hairy in general (both males and females). The most hairy ethnic group (both males and females) is Mediterraneans.
Some women have barely none, some have more.
You shouldn't be worried of this because most of women shave everything with a huge dedication to the point of hiding where they would actually grow any hair, completely. Hairs around the anus are anyway less "strong" than the ones around the top of the vagina.
To really check how things are, look for porn or images with "hairy", "all natural" etc, making sure they have hairs on the sides of the pubis so that means they're actually all nature for real and not just the pubis only.
(Pretty sure most of men, even if straight, would be sexually put off by a woman in her natural state, so prepare yourself for the hairy truth...).

Thanks for the detailed opinion. But how do they shave around the anus thats very much impractical and difficult to do unless someone else do it for them. Also I live in a region where porn is banned so I can't see it hence don't have an idea about it. Also I don't have a problem with female body hair so I was genuinely curious to know how it looks

Yes almost all humans have hair around their anus including women. Majority of women have at least some hair there.
