Only in the United States where it's still common and our sexuality is all kind of weird and repressed by strange Victorian and religious beliefs we never bothered to get rid of. Somehow American women feel emboldened to call a natural penis "ugly" and "gross".

I prefer uncut. It's not usual here with circumcised men. I have sen a lot of penises (because of my job) and never seen a circumcised one in real life, so if I would date and see that he was circumcised I guess I would think that he must have had a medical reason to do so. Its better for a man to be uncut. The foreskin is a part of the male genitalia for a reason you know.
My only real study was during boot camp, we were all naked for shower, shitting and shaving. Most of the men in my part of the army were circumcised.
In other counties than mine it's more common. Like in America I hear many guys are circumcised because it's like a trend. Here I live it's actually a discussion that maybe circumcision if children should be illegal if there is not a medical reason to do it.
I don't have any preferences and I actually have experience with both. But if I really had to choose which one I prefer, I'd always go for the natural state of a penis and that's uncircumcised. I think it really only matters for most girls if it not cut and it has an odor. If they guy makes sure it's clean before foreplay I don't think girls care.
