I would say it depends. A woman having children doesn't say how she made them. I had csection first then vaginal birth the second time. Does it feel looser to me? No. The body is made for that and then getting back to it's original shape. Just like the stomach which doesn't remain the shape it was when the babies are in there. Nope. The vagina shrinks back to its original size. It can take a couple of months until it’s back to normal, but it definitely goes back to its original shape.
