Tattoos on women are hit and miss with personality. Typically the more there are, the location and size can be telling of itself. For example, my girlfriend has a tattoo on her foot and one on her ribs. Neither can be seen unless she is wearing sandals, heels or swimming suits. If a woman had full sleeves, or ones that could be seen on like the neck, face, legs, etc. I wouldn't fuck with that unless my name was Tommy Lee.

Never seen one go down the spine itself in person. Seen plenty on shoulders and upper backs or towards the tailbone

I have plenty of dating experience in general, however I've never dating a girl with a spine tattoo, but I am friends with one. I've known her since we were kids. She's never dated or had sex with or even kissed anyone to my (or our other friends') knowledge, which is kind of odd but she says she's just not interested in sex or romance. A few guys have tried to convince her to try it, but they just end up getting mad and leaving when she doesn't make a special exception for them.

I guess she could be lying to everyone she knows and having a lot of sex in secret and nobody has ever found out or revealed it. But I doubt that. So based on that experience I'd say girls without spine tattoos tend to be more promiscuous than girls with spine tattoos.
