Do you agree that a woman should be dominant about giving blowjobs?

I think a woman should be dominant and aggressive about giving head. Like she should really want to do it and know that she's in control. She should be gobbling him up with passion, like he's the last fountain on earth, and hugging him hard. Showing all her power.
