People are real quick to tell a woman that she has "fake boobs" when she's had augmentation surgery done. Women especially will just straight up take a giant steamy ist on a woman with augmented breasts because "fake boobs are trashy" or whatever.

But I'm supposed to respect the "legitimacy" of what is essentially a eunuch who had the exact same surgery?

No I'm not a fan of that hypocrisy. You do you though. I'm not going to stop you from calling him anything you want.

No. as then we'd both be wrong.

A transwoman can still get prostate cancer, a transmale can still get cervical cancer.

Cancer doesn't discriminate. But you are going to have a lot of people pissed off when you have transwomen clogging up male cancer care services, as female cancer care cannot deal with them.

All this trans-shit is going to cause major medical issues in a decades time.

It depends on the cirmstances. At a bar or on an online dating site? No. On some form where they are applying for something that should in no way be determined by gender anyway? Sure.
