Seem totally appropriate to me honestly. Funny as hell also... this why I do not use the word slut loosely because most guys are no better than sluts, because most men are sluts.

A slut is a person that has sex with no morals or ethics, it is not some one that just likes to have a good time with no strings attracted. Usually, a true slut is someone with multiple sexual partners, and is not honest about it. They are not whores or hookers, because she is not getting paid or making money or finical profit from it... but she is a slut because she is unethical about it to the men she fucks and leaves. So, a man can be slut just as easily as women.

I think strippers are closer to being hookers then sluts... because they are using their sexuality to make money... where a true slut just wants to fuck. But I also think whores and strippers are more ethical than sluts because they are honest about what they are doing and therefor I can respect a whore, but I hate sluts.

Seems an acceptable approximation. I would add that the term is mostly used by men that women don't sleep with, so it's more a perception that the woman sleeps with other guys, which doesn't even have to be true. If a guy thinks a girl is sleeping with other guys but not with him, he may call her a slut to try to convince her (and, more importantly, himself) that that's her failing and not his own.

If you look up the origins of this site, you will see that it was intended to be Guys ask Girls. The founder and his friend were in a bar having dinner.
