Developmental psychology generally argues breast feeding is part of the most import step in human development that covers trust. If boys learn they can trust their mother's to feed and nurture them when they are young, they will successfully develop trust in women which will make them feel safe and secure in the world. This shapes their perception of all future relationships with women. Those who are neglected, learn to mistrust women and turn to a self-protective mentality. They look out for themselves and they live more selfish lives. If women are all seen as untrustworthy by a man and he becomes selfish as he develops, then women are going to be seen as little more than a loveless object that is used for sexual pleasure. Obviously they can't be trusted in relationships with that sort of perception of the world. So basically not breastfeeding boys leads to school shooters and rapists that think all women are heartless prostitutes.

If you continue breastfeeding through early childhood I can see it causing some issues but I don’t believe that breastfeeding an infant will turn him into a rapist.
