Actually, it seems to be more often correct that women aren't attracted to a penis UNTIL she has a deep emotional connection to the guy behind it. Until then, most women see them as either uninteresting or gross. But once they have feelings for a guy, then HIS penis becomes attractive to her. It's kind of demi-sexuality applied to the penis.
