I’ve talked to enough men and women about sex lives to know a lot of men are becoming more submissive. Men are being broke down by society acting like being masculine is a crime or toxic. There is toxic masculinity but not all masculinity is toxic which is not something being taught. So in reality being a dominant man is becoming rare

As far as the answer to your question... On the surface, that would appear to be true. However..., these women aren't really submissive. They may think they are. But at their core, they are not. If they get into a relationship with a truly dominant man, they will just bicker and argue with him every single day until he finally divorces her. They don't actually want to submit.
This is why I have no interest in being dominant. It's not worth the hassle.
Yes, a true dom will have submissive women queueing up to spend quality time with them. Most men don't have what it takes to dominate a woman without abusing her.

Not sure its a times have changed thing. Essentially all women were submissive back then... whenever back then is. And essentially all women are submissive today.
The thing is less than half of men were dominant back then... some undisclosed amount and the same applies today. The issue is with more repressive society it's easy for even a submissive man to dominate a woman. Today with further knowledge and ease of movement, it's not easy for a submissive man to dominate even a submissive woman.
I'd say yes. Really dominant women are hard to find, while there is more and more submissive men.
