Do you believe there is really a sexual peak age?

I am 35 so supposedly I am getting close to my peak years. A guy is supposed to peak at 19. Is this science or just made up?

Seems to be biological but there is always an exception to the rule

It's the opposite. Men peak sexually between 25 and 35.
Women peak sexually between 18 and 25.

By 35 a woman is starting the near the end of her fertile viability.
