Going purely off of natural body chemistry, men are stronger than women in terms of muscle capacity. Things like lifting heavy things come more naturally to men.

But if we're talking in the abstract, it gets harder to say. Men are physically stronger, larger, and naturally have more leverage, but women are naturally faster, more flexible, and have a higher pain tolerance.
Men are better at focusing on one thing, women are better at seeing the whole picture. That comes from our ancient history as hunter/gatherers.
Women also process information faster, but men are generally better at intuitive thinking.

I honestly don't think there's a weaker sex. Just different ones that are better than the other at certain things.

  I've been doing martial arts since I was 12. Mainly a focus on self defense. Training is really what makes someone a threat. I've beaten many guys twice as big as me purely because I had more training and knew how to leverage the advantages I do have while limiting how they can use theirs.

  Mostly judo and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Lots of locks and throws to leverage the fact that I'm small and have a low center of gravity. I've done some systema and aikido but I didn't really go too far with those.

  I'm on the taller side but don't have a ton of muscle, I've been really struggling on handling groin kicks whch is one of the favorite moves in Krav

  My mom is my main teacher, and she has a lot of her own moves she's developed as a self defense instructor over the years. What I've learned from her is that kicking the groin actually isn't the best way to do it. Get into your opponent's guard, get them off balance, initiate a lock, and right before you execute drive your fist into their groin. Use the second or two where they lose control of their central nervous system to take them to the ground. Groin kicks can be counted fairly easily, and if you're not careful your opponent can get control of your leg, which 9 times out of 10 means you lose.

  They use the groin slap and punch as well. Do you know it makes the guy look bad if he can't handle those shots in class?

  That's dumb. A guy shouldn't have to be able to handle a groin shot. It's a dangerous and painful place to be hit. Being able to take a hit there doesn't make a dude tough, it just makes them dumb for purposefully letting themselves get hit there. Lol

  lol believe me, I try my best to defend it. some of the ladies are super fast though and get a shot in. So you don't think it makes the guy look bad if he gets taken down by a slap in the nuts?

  I don't think so at all. I've done my research on what can happen if a guy gets hit in the balls and it's not pretty. I've also seen how guys react to it and I can tell the pain is genuine. It's like getting punched in the throat. I'm not going to judge someone because they have a hard time breathing after getting punched in the throat.

  have you seen guys get hit a lot in ur classes? i get that area is more embarrassing to get hit in than anything else for a guy

  I've seen it quite a bit. My mom has no patience for people who do crotch shots just because they think it's funny. Her rule is "no groin shots during practice, only if your life and safety are at risk".

  Well when we practice we generally don't wear much protective gear. My mom's theory is that since we won't have it outside of class it's useless to train with it. Usually we just have padding to protect our temples. Only time crotch shots are allowed is when we're specifically training for it, and we either practice on my mom, another woman, or a dude wearing padding.

  Yeah my Krav instructor says the same thing about padding.. not to wear it too much during training because you won't be wearing it in a real fight. Groin shots are allowed without cups though, but you're only supposed to use 10-15% force.
