I don't believe it. I use a position that concentrates on the G-spot and have given many G-spot orgasms. Deeper in the vagina are the erotic spots referred to as anterior forenex and posterior forenex. A woman can and does experience orgasms from stimulation of either of those spots. I would say it depends on the sensation you're talking about. Yes, as far as the friction feel, the first couple inches are sensitive, but beyond that there is a feeling of "fullness" and "stretch" that women can experience, which can amplify the overall "feeling."

I know that the outer edge of the vagina is sensitive but there is the a spot/u spot and the area around the cervix is all sensitive as well and the G spot so as much as there may be some sensitive areas on the outer edge the inside has a lot of places where a bigger penis would definitely be beneficial
