Sexual Health I know 18 and 19 year olds are legally adults
but eight-teen and nine-teen are both still technically a teenager so I don’t consider females of this age to be a woman.
Do you consider 18 a woman?

The government can send someone to their death in a war when you turn 18. Life is twisted, can an 18 year old get a job, buy a house, and support themselves? No. But the government wants people to support themselves and you can get married at 18. Some people are more mature than others.
