  • In general if a guy said that on the job he'd be in the HR office so fast his feet wouldn't touch the ground. So is it sexual harassment? So in that sense yes it is.

If a woman asked for his thoughts on her breasts then of course it isn't. She asked. Just because she doesn't like his option doesn't make it sexual harassment.

  • It would be considered a HR violation in quite a few companies. Why bother telling someone she has small boobs? Don’t you think she knows she has small ones?

  • I said yes but it would involve an unsolicited opinion. If she asks for an opinion, it is at her risk. I myself would not offer that opinion under any circumstances and would lawyer out of a direct answer. Like cock size, boob size is something a girl can't change short of self mutilation, so a negative answer helps nothing.

  • It certainly could be, but there could be contexts where it isn't. I'd guess that, especially at your age, it's probably harassment - or at least being mean - most of the time.

Having said that, I love small boobs (hell, I love nearly all natural boobs), and so do tons of other guys.

  • I think no.
But just because its not sexual harassment does not make it right.
It still not right, I just wouldn't call it sexual harassment.

  • In general it would be but there are times when it would be appropriate. Mainly if she opened up the conversation by asking.

  • I wouldn't say sexual harrassment, more so, someone putting their unwanted two cents in

  • Depends on context.

  • Depends on the context.

  • It's no herrassment, but very inpolite.

  • A woman's breasts are considered a sexual feature. If you are demeaning her, then it is sexual harassment. If she asked, then it would not be. However, discussing sexual matters in the workplace can earn you consequences from the HR department, even if the conversation was consensual.

  • It depends upon the context and how it is said.

  • Nope, it's likely means that the guy is not interested in you.

  • No more so than telling a guy he has a small dick

  • At work it is.

  • No...

  • Class of a woman don't determine her boobs

  • depends on context and relationship witht the girl but basically if its a near stranger then its wrong to comment on her boobs whatever size they are

  • That's like telling a guy he's short...

  • I imagine that she already knows.

  • Not harassment but very rude and insensitive

  • Certainly, at work, HR would consider that SH and that one line would get a reprimand if not a firing.

  • yea ig, but I don't know

  • Yeah, unless she asks
