Do you consider performing oral sex as a dominant position or submissive one?

I personally have always seen giving oral sex to the other person as a deep form of dominance because you are the one in control of their body and how you make them feel. Some people say they think being the one to give oral makes them submissive but I don't see how. It actually puts women in a lot of control even if they are on their knees, and giving women oral is one of the easiest ways to subdue them. I see definite dominance in this.
It's obviously submissive because the woman is on her knees, as a dominant, I would never do it.

For me the one who performs it is the dominant one in most cases (except of face-fucking or face-sitting). Thats also one of the reasons why I absolutely cannot stand receiving anal. Makes me feel way too passive and vulnerable.
