Do you ever break the "anti-nudity" rules sometimes?

I live in the rural Western US, and I go to secluded and even completely isolated places in the wild, and take my chances. This includes skinny dipping in a lake or river in the mountains, sunbathing naked in a lounge chair in the middle of nowhere in the open Prairie, and riding my horse bareback.

Of all the times I had done this, I was only caught once; when hiking nude in the mountains by a pleasant couple who did see me in the buff, and they just smiled and said "hi" and "have a nice day." That was it. I was never caught by a ranger.

Considering it has been so hot 🥵 where I am, it was a great time to be nude (a little sunblock though).

And how could any of this be "public indecency" when there is nearly nobody in sight? And why would people care if they did see somebody nude in the wild?

  • Yeah, I've been naked outside lots of times. My ex-fiance & I used to take long naked late night walks in a park 3 blocks from our house. As soon as we'd hit the trail, we'd strip naked and take a long, slow leisurely walk about a mile onto the trail where there was a huge rock the size of a bathtub. We'd sit there and make out for at least half an hour and then take another long, slow walk back to our house only getting dressed just before we get to the start of the trail where we stripped down.
A couple more times, we'd go into the back yard, strip down and fuck in a sleeping bag on the back patio.
I went skinny dipping quite a few times in my back yard and there were also a number of nights where I got a shower in the back yard under the garden hose in front of the entire world.
Sometimes, I'd sit in the front porch naked.
A least once back in the late `70's, I went streaking.

  • I’ve never been caught. But I do go without clothes at times. I have my own horse ranch in the Rocky Mountains about 100 miles from Yellowstone. So lots of trees and nothing but rivers and nature. Also lots of natural hot springs to soak in the forest. So yes, naked is nice and healthy. Especially if its with a woman I fall in love with or care deeply about.

    • I live in the Kansas/Colorado border. Easy access to the vast prairie and Rocky mountains too. I also have my own horse ranch. In the summer months, I ride my horse bareback around the prairie, and skinny dip at my favorite river and waterhole. That or drive to the mountains. Like I said, only caught once.

    • Sounds amazing 😊 That’s awesome you have a horse ranch too. So much freedom. I’m glad when you got caught that it was non eventful. Nothing wrong with being nude at times. I think it’s healthy and relaxing

    • I concur! Nobody to bother me. The next ranch is only 15 minutes in one direction. On a hot sunny day, I love riding my horse bareback and nude; wind in my hair, miles and miles of nothing but dust and rolling landscapes. Sometimes I find a river to skinny dip in with my horse. Yeah, lol. Then again it was a nice couple and knew that nudity there was innocent and justified.

  • Yeah- I've had plenty of experiences with nudity where it isn't exactly legal. Camping in wilderness areas, on my rural property, backyard pools and hot tubs, etc

    • Where is this? Which state?

    • North Dakota/Minnesota mostly, but occasionally other states.

    • Not legal? Nobody around at all in many places to even see you. And your property is your own. Being arrested for this and authorities infiltrating your backyard to check up on nakedness... that makes no sense. They, the police make no sense

  • I enjoy skinny dipping, have swum in the sea naked early in the morning. So freeing and relaxing.

  • No such rules here, at least not to specifically target nudity. Most people seeing you naked in such situations would at most roll their eyes and continue with their day. In the very rare case of someone actually calling the police, the cops would just tell you to get dressed and buzz off, they would not open a case for that. Many cities and beaches have designated nude tanning areas for decades so that horse is out of the barn.

  • I break it literally every day 🥵

  • Yes, once. I had a boner and it was honestly a little painful wearing my bathing suit so I took it off. No one was around (at first) but some girls caught me a little later on.

  • Yes I have. I have gone streaking and I have gone places not technically legal.

  • Well I mean I like to be nude in my house at most times and I did do skinny dipping back in my younger years but other than that I haven't really been publicly nude but I do want to go where it is legal and go to nude beaches or Hot springs

    • I do this where it's technically illegal, but secluded and isolated. 95% chance of not being seen by anybody, let alone arrested.

    • That would be fun but I just feel like I don't want to get written up as a sex offender and have to deal with that stuff for the next 10 years

    • Police in the USA, and the prudish peabrains, should get a grip and realize that nudity is mostly harmless and not to offend anyone. And they should understand that nudity in the wild is anything but indecency. Europe and more or less the rest of the world has this idea. What American police and prudes could do is forbid nudity in downtown areas, and make sexualized nudity like masturbation or foreplay illegal in public.

  • I'm lucky. I live relatively near a nude beach.

  • Never been caught but I've been nude outside. 💞💞

  • Well me and my girl sometimes go hiking in the woods and when find a secluded spot and take all of out clothes off and have sex. We. also gone skinny dipping and I list a bet to go streaking in the neighborhood. once.

  • That’s the best part about the west. You can be miles away from anyone at any given time.

  • people never loose the change to being naked, we all mostly do here and there.
