I've been a sugar addict almost my entire life and was always skinny as a stick until I started to cut down a LOT on sugar and gained almost double my normal weight. I used to ALWAYS be 185 to 195 lbs.. About 17 years ago started gaining and got up to at least 365!! I've been struggling to take it off ever since.
