I don't think so. I mean how dark are we talking about? Like if they were purple or something, then you might want to get that checked out, lol. But I'm not sure exactly what you mean by dark nipples.

In a completely non sexual way, it'd be interesting to see a picture, just for curiosity sake (I know its hard to believe, but I honestly mean it, out if curiosity).

But the bottom line answer is, is that nipples are nipples, and usually guys are just happy that a woman is willing to show them to us.
