Do you find the "small dick energy" term offensive?

I personally think it's offensive and body shaming, small dick= bad. Why do we associate small dick with bad things. Many men are insecure about it, and it's definitely body shaming.

  • Nah.

Then again, I also am of the opinion that is men can comment on women's boobs and bodies, women can do the same to men. Don't like it? Stop commenting on women's bodies.

I also find because it's about "energy" or impression, it's not actually mocking anyone's physical size. If a man gets sensitive about "small dick energy", it says more about his own insecurities than anything.

Small dick energy to me is often analogous to petty or weak-minded, but much more humorous to say.

    • No one should be shamed for their physical traits, not men and def not women, but I think it's shallow to say small dick energy as u are offending people with small dicks sense it means small dick= bad Now think of that if a man calls a woman "loose pussy energy" in the meaning that this girl is a wh0re, now that might not offend that woman but it'll offend all women who are insecure about her genitals look like because this as an insult means loose is associated with bad. And as I said, no one should get shamed for things that they can't control. If u wanna insult someone, at least don't be shallow and shame them for things in their personality, not their bodies.

Most Helpful Girl

  • It's a figure of speech, not a literal one.

It's only body shaming if it's used in a literal sense.

    • That way, people associate small dick=bad is body shame itself

Most Helpful Guys

  • Yes, it's offensive - it's intended to be.

But I don't typically give such obvious trolls any of my attention or energy. I have better things to do with my time, and I certainly won't lose any sleep over it. LOL.

  • I find it dumb.
Dicks don't give off energy, and you don't know the size of a dick you've never seen.
It just sounds like more new age bullshit, like "mental genders", or being born in the "wrong" body.

  • No, not at all. In fact, I love it when women ridicule me for having such a little tiny dicklet.

  • It is counted as body shaming yeah

  • seems like you small dudes get better head, and decent women, so whats the fuss

  • The world is so obsessed with big dick

  • No, but I don't find it funny either.

It isn't body shaming. The saying means men overcompensating for THEIR insecurities, THEY feel that having a small penis is a bad thing.

    • It's absolutely body shaming by saying that small dicks are inferior and should be viewed negatively.

    • I Don't see it that way. However, it is women poking at men for being insecure about their size.

    • Weird that you don't see it that way when that's exactly why it's an insult.
