You're talking about a couple of different things here.

First, men are instinctually programmed to seek out sex from many and different women. A part of this is that we want to look at other women's bodies, and we get turned on by them when we do (and when they're attractive, obviously). That doesn't ever change - that will always be part of how men are, relationship or no.

BUT... when we're in a relationship, at the beginning, you LOOK at your woman's body and you get turned on, but over time, you kind of stop looking and it's more that you have this IDEA of her, that is more than just her body - it's also her personality and attitude and all of that rolled together - and you start seeing her as this more complete IDEA than just as the image her body creates - because you've spend time with her and have a more complete picture of who she is. And you are attracted and aroused by that image, and that doesn't change as long as your relationship is healthy.

Sure, you won't get the high level of arousal just from her naked body alone that you got at the very beginning - "new" is always more exciting in that way - but you instead get a deeper, more profound arousal because she is more than just a body to you - she's a complete being. Hopefully that makes sense.

Now, obviously, if your girl was 110 pounds when you got together with her and she's 210 today, well, yeah, that's probably going to change your arousal. But outside of extreme body changes, no, it really doesn't matter.

Been with her 10 years, she's had 2 kids, body is very different. Still hot af. It's hard not to see her as she was when we met, even though I can look at her objectively and I know that she's very different. As I've gotten older I feel like naked women just aren't quite as novel as they were when I was 15, so I wouldn't say I'm turned on - it's not like instant magic, you've got to be more than just naked no matter who you are. But I'm definitely still very attracted to her :) If it's an issue you're having a problem with, I'd suggest spicing things up somehow, trying new things, etc etc. Outside of the bedroom, just do more together and enjoy each other's company - physical attraction has a significant basis in just generally liking that person.

I see my fiance naked all the time but there is a difference between sexual and non sexual nudity. it comes down to how she carries herself and her attitude. when she is doing sexual nudity I'm turned on everytime.
