I don't think I dated a lot of the women I had sex with. Sex can be an incredibly intimate thing with someone you love, but it isn't like every creampie is going to be that close. Some are only going to be marginally better than masturbation.
I wouldn't be in a relationship without sex, though it makes up very little of the day, it is an important part of intimacy, there would be little point in a romantic relationship without sex. The only thing that could come to my mind would be staying together until kids grow up to get further along, while having a woman on the side.
