Do you have small cyst/pimples on testicles? Girls, have you noticed it on any guys?

What kind of size pimples/cysts are you talking about here? Are we talking pin head size or pea sized?
Also are they on the skin obky or can you feel them move with the testicle in the sac?
What colour are they?

Thanks for trying to help. It's a kind of painless cyst. No fluid inside. It's on the skin and cannot move. It's same color as my testicle skin. And yes, it's about pea size. Maybe a bit smaller. Have you had that bud?

I have not had it no. Do you shave down there, possibility of ingrowing hairs, although I'd expect them to be a little inflamed. Be on the safe side and go see your doctor, it's probably nothing but its not worth taking the risk with the boys.

Actually i have it there for years. I shave there. No disturbance or inflammation. But now I have a girlfriend and but worried about it, how she would feel.

Well if you go and find out what it is you'll know exactly what it is, then you will have the information to put her mind as ease when she asks. If you just say to her you don't know what it is but its been there for years, it won't fill her with confidence that its all ok or even safe and not an infection.

very rarely, there's something like a pimple, which i guess is an ingrown hair. but that really only happens like once every blue moon.

Those are Fordyce spots and nothing to worry about. Yes he has something like that.

Those maybe pus or cysts, or something like STI. They maybe a skin bump or a small pea like beads which can be moving.
