Personally for me, I masturbate regardless of my relationship status. I don’t think that masturbation is a sexual activity that is only for single men who are deprived of sex.

There are actually many benefits of masturbating while in a relationship. One of them is masturbation makes you better at sex (Gilmour, 2020).

While masturbating whilst in a relationship may be healthy, I personally believe that both partners should be aware and accepting of the idea. Some girls think that masturbating in a relationship may be construed as cheating, so it all boils down to each individual relationship.

I have sex toys for both masturbation as well as to use in bed with a partner. Toys have certainly improved my sex life but increasing my sexual stamina as well as helping me explore my likes and dislikes.
