I am Irish American and cut I measure 5.5" which I am satisfied with no complaints. Do I feel its an accurate chart? It is close. I feel the top end is too high by.5" and the short side should be.5" bigger. I feel most are between 4.75" and 6.25" and feel the average of 5.5" seems about right.

Donno that's maybe old reports. This recent study reveals that Indian men's average length is 5.40 inches followed by American men whose average length is 5.35.
the Indian average is no more than 4.3 actually like most East and South East Asian countries 4 - 4.5 is the average even in Western Asia the average is 4.5 - 5 inches, Asia in general have a small penis size in average. also I've seen another report saying that the average in UK is 5.5 while in the US is 5.1, so it's the opposite of this report, but anyway you can't be sure of all of these reports, I think they are mostly estimated.
