My idea of dominance is protecting people. And I don't like to do it. I test 97% dominant on some BSDM test but I don't like it. It's just like I have to do it or else everyone wants to do something different and no one is stepping in. Being dominant is a burden to me. I'd rather be like a kid and let people drive me around and make all the choices for me. But I'm not a kid anymore and no one does that. So I have to be dominant. I have to protect people because they'll ruin themselves.

I hate being a leader so much though. I don't like it. I keep finding myself in that role but I hate it so much. I just end up worrying about everyone and losing sleep about them.

And I have to for my wife with dinner because I want her to pick but she is like, "I dunno what I wanna eat. Maybe this? Maybe that? Maybe this?" And I have to be like, "Urrggh. I don't care. But we're going to eat this tonight because you can't pick anything! Argh!"

Same with my colleagues. They just argue and squabble over stuff all day at business meetings. Then I gotta be like, "Argh! All right, let's do this." And now if the shit hits the fan, I gotta take all the shit. I hate being dominant. At least my way of doing it is a responsibility, not a privilege.
