I don't really have an issue with it. My boyfriend and I have done it a few times and it's weird because I'm cool with rough stuff but for some reason getting slapped in the face just makes me burst into tears instantly. I'm not upset or too hurt by it but I just start crying and I can't stop it, even though I feel perfectly calm. It's pretty difficult to continue with it from there.
