I actually TALK to my partners, and I build trust with them so they know they can speak frankly and openly with me. So... You need to talk to your partner about this. If you don't like something he is doing during sex he needs to know so he can stop. If he doesn't stop it is rape.
I definitely let him know that I didn't like it and the next time he was much more gentle and more so caressed and guided my head rather than forcing it down. I also agree with porn ruining good sex. Many guys think girls will find pleasure in many of the things they see when in reality it's the exact opposite.
As long as you understand that porn is about fantasy and looking good for the camera rather than actual sex you can still get some ideas from it. Like any other aspect of a relationship sex is all about communication and understanding each other.

He does't push my head down so hard that it gets painful often, but every time it does I make sure to let him know that particular angle hurt.
