When I am not getting laid at lest 2 to 3 times a weak at 45... no I might masturbate outside of sex once or twice a week.

When I am getting no sex for a week or two... hell yes I am jacking it daily and sometimes twice a day or more.

  @supercutebutt several studies link frequent masterbation to increased risk of prostate cancer in men in their 20 and 30s. Decreased risk in men in their 50 and above. Plus I have regular sex with my girlfriend and she prefers I don't so I dont masterbaith see it being a issue

  Nope. This is from WebMD... No proven link exists between prostate cancer and an active sex life, vasectomy, masturbation, use of alcohol or tobacco, circumcision, infertility, infection of the prostate, or a common noncancerous condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Most, if not all, men will experience an enlarged prostate as they age.

  You probably misunderstood what you read. This is also from WebMD... Over the years, there’s been growing evidence of a link between ejaculation and lower chances of prostate cancer. But the 2016 results of a major study made the strongest case yet. The researchers asked men to answer questions about how often they ejaculated. How didn’t matter -- sex, masturbation, or wet dreams were all included. Then they tracked almost 32,000 of these men for 18 years. The researchers found that guys who did it the most (at least 21 times a month) had about a 20% lower chance of prostate cancer, compared with those who did it less (4 to 7 times a month). That was true in several age groups. The exact number of times didn’t matter. Basically, the more men ejaculated in a month, the less likely they were to get prostate cancer.

Compared to same-age men who reported masturbating less than once per month, 20-something frequent masturbators had a 79% higher risk of prostate cancer by age 60. For men in their 50s, "frequent masturbation" was one or more times per week. Compared to same-age men who reported never masturbating, 50-something frequent masturbators had a 70% lower risk of prostate cancer. What's going on? The study wasn't designed to answer that question. But Dimitropoulou and colleagues have some theories. They suggest that young men genetically predisposed to have hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will be at higher risk if their bodies naturally produce high levels of male hormones -- the same hormones that give them an intense sex drive. So it's not masturbation itself that's increasing prostate cancer risk in young men. More masturbation may just mean more sex drive -- and more androgens bathing prostate tissues. That's not the case for older men. Dimitropoulou suggests that in older men, masturbation itself may actually be helpful, ridding the prostate gland of fluids that may contain cancer-causing substances. "In mature age, it may be more important that toxins get flushed out of the system," she says. "And because the masturbation frequency was not as high in the men's 50s as it was in their 20s, even low levels of masturbation in the 50s has a protective effect."

  That was on web MD also. Your stify never so probably more accurate. Anyways I'm not Cummings 20+ times a month but it's pretty frequent. I am not overly concerned. If it makes my girlfriend happier it worth the risk
