It depends on my intentions.
When I'm in love with her, aiming for a long term relationship then I would love the fact that I'd be the first one she'd entrust herself to.

Friends with benefits would be about multiple hook ups and as a friend, I'd also care for her.. It's the same thing really, as we can take us time to get to know each other sexually. The guy would just need to be understanding about the fact that no one is perfect on their first time. As for one night stands.. these are probably the only situation where experience matters. It I'll be a one time thing and on would want that to be good, without having to put any work into it. To be honest however, I'd neither be up for friends with benefits, nor one night stands and especially, I wouldn't take a girl's virginity for such superficial reasons.

Most men like having sex with virgins. They don't very much like not having sex with virgins. Some men avoid virgins because they anticipate no sex. Some avoid virgins because they anticipate she won't have casual sex, or even if she agrees to it, she doesn't actually know if she's okay with it.
