Personally I have a full Brazilian wax every six weeks or so, and have been doing so for the past 8 years or so.
You're asking is there any age when it's not normal to do this, that or the other, NO there isn't, it's our bodies to do and choose precisely what we wish to do with it.

I shave regularly, and also do some fancy work down there. Landing strip or letter of my man there is my special choice after marriage. Everyone has a preference when it comes to how they maintain their pubic hair. Along with that autonomy come a range of reasons for why people do or do not prefer to have hair down there. I think – I like the skin around my hoo-ha to be silky smooth for sex. I had started keeping it clean at much younger age, just after starting of hair growing slowly and initially my choice was trimming. Cleanliness and comfort during sex – including oral sex is at the top of the reasons for me. I have never found any discomfort - like itching and bumps while doing it.

Personally. i have a happy trail or like a cool triangle design. However, I also admire bushes. The shaved look is for ladies of the younger generation. I think once you become more sure of yourself as you age you start to embrace the sexiness of a bit of hair there. But don't get me wrong when modeling I go as bald as possible for the best editing purposes.
I have a narrow 1/4” wide and 1 1/2” long landing strip above my clit the rest is shaven even morning in the shower

I first shaved my pubic hair on the first day of 6th grade! After PE, we had to take a shower, and some older girls mocked me for having pubic hair, when I got home I shaved it all off! I felt silly at first, I thought that I looked like a “little girl”. But I was never teased again, and both my boyfriends commented on “how beautiful” my vulva looked. (Obviously they didn’t say vulva, but to most males anything between our legs has the anatomical name “pussy”)

@Lauren-green Thanks, but it was a long time ago. Even though I was basically shamed into doing it back then, I couldn’t imagine NOT shaving myself down there now. Just the thought of pubes grosses me out, now.

I laser and it’s awesome. Very smooth down under and that way you really feel when your SO eats you out, or touches. I don’t know for me I became very sensitive that way and I love it. Besides I feel cleaner and also for me is more hygienic. So anyway it’s your own choice and the way you feel the best that’ll be your best way to be down there.
I shave it. Age has no relevance. If you're curious about what guys like and expect we'll I honestly have no idea. I've just always shaved and will probably always do so.
As a non-young woman it’s my personal opinion that a bald Pelvic area looks too much like a young girl I like having a little bit of hair there. I trim it Close and wax it into a landing strip. I’ve also done the upside down triangle and heart design but lately I’ve been sticking to the landing strip.
I personally only shave enough so as not to have pubes sticking out from around my bikini's (and I don't wear the teeny tiny bottoms) so I do have a fair size bush.
I think women should just do what pleases them with the pubes and I don't think there are any rules about what to do at what age. Simply said just do what you are comfortable with!
