I honestly sleep better when I’m naked. Now that I’m older It honestly helps me. I feel a lot more relaxed and I like my body more now bc of it tbh.

I always sleep naked. I first tried it when I was 13, and liked it so much I got rid of all my pyjamas the next day. My parents didn't like that much, but didn't buy new ones. I slept naked (no exceptions) ever since (I'm 36 now).
