Do you struggle not to watch porn, if so how you deal with it?

Porn is just ugh. I've seen quite a bit, mostly because women think they are doing me a favor and acting cool like it's ok to watch. (I don't care for it) Sometimes it makes me laugh. It's so stupidly fake. They moan with penises in their mouth, for fucks' sake.

Not to mention how desperate they get to get degenerate people to watch, incest, violence (mostly against women), the race tropes, age baiting (that barely legal shit is unsettling). Then there's the whole anal mess. Just about all of them do that and I'm just not a fan of any of it.

Follow it up with ungodly expectations they set up for both men and women. Not every man is going to last hours or have a 10 inch penis. Not every woman is going to moan like a walrus getting their back shaved everytime. Not every woman wants you to slap her clitoris like you're playing a fuckin bass guitar or strumming it for hours or wants you to go from the back for to the front without first CLEANING IT. Not every man wants to always do anal, or wants to choke or slap. Not every man or woman is going to be hairless down there.

Now, I'm not saying it's all bad, (A lot of it is) there are ok ones out there. But I don't rely on it.

Struggle, NOT to watch? WHY? It's fantasy, like WWF wrestling!! Now, when so many are still shut in, lonely and afraid, you are making them think that watching porn, and maybe enjoying some personal things, is somehow bad?
Are you religious, and somehow think it is a Sin? Why suggest this, when maybe some have nearly nothing, and are SUPER Depressed!! What if just loving a little bit of some kinds of videos, and maybe not, NASTY, TRASHY "Porn", but maybe what some call 'Porn' that really isn't, and just cute girls, and dancing, or some tight yoga pants, and working out, or some, like they might be talking to you, telling you it is OK to love looking a them?
It's all out there, on the internet!! I would rather tell my friend about some of those sites, and maybe he likes them, than find out he was so depressed, that he 'ate a bullet'!!
Suicide rates are up, since the COVID Shut-down, and depression rates are soaring!!

I've heard that it can simply be ignored and you can distract yourself with something else.

Because I've wondered if biologically we needed stimulation but the science community seems to say we have the option to simply say no with no side effects. Something like that...
