Do you take Dr. Martens/boot lace color meanings seriously?

Note: stupid people always make things up for each color... so the colors can stand for 100 things... I personally dont. But a dude (jokingly i think) asked me if I was a neo nazi. cuz i wore. red laces. that day Black -neutral White - "White power", NY and New England wearing the white laces in defiance. Red - Communism, Leftist politics I've also heard wearing red was an admission that you had killed someone for racist reasons Blue -This can mean sXe (straightedge), cop killer, anarchy. Yellow -anarchy, looking for ultra-violence (murder, rape etc), being and Asian basher, Pink-gay skinhead, supporter of gay rights or the opposite gay basher. Green- Ska fan, environmentalist, celtic pride Purple - lesbian or support for feminism I never heard anything for orange. Maybe wearing orange signifies that you believe the Earth is flat. I've also heard that certain colors denote fanhood for specific bands. It's all very contradictory and indecipherable

That's dumb. Here in cali red and blue referred to bloods and crips. Only the gang bangers do that stuff, but no one else really pays attention to that stuff unless u live in those areas.
