It depends on what type of lingerie she's wearing. If its crotchless/assless panties and a "bra" that exposes her boobs and just acts like "frames" for those areas, then it can stay on the whole time because at that point its just "naked but with decorations".
If its covering those areas though, its coming off immediately.
