There's nothing wrong with wanting lots of sex within a relationship. Enjoy it. That's the optimum, especially if your partner is as excited about it as you are.
On a side note, I also have chronic back pain and I got a magnetic bracelet. It doesn't work for everyone but it helped me stop taking two to three naprosen every day.
