Do you think 40 is too old for a woman to have a baby?

I believe many people wouldn’t want old parents. Imagine being 20 with a 60 year old mother or being 30 with a 70 year old mother.

12 39I have 4 and I'm only 30. My oldest is 16 I will take a break, not sure if I want another
Not at all. My mom was 40+ when she had me.
Tbh it is... I'm speaking from experience... My mother had me in her 40s... It makes everything so much harder...
Having a baby that late means more complications biologically delivering the baby. Social factors like most fellow parents will be a over a decade younger than you. Most importantly though, your kid ls life is affected as DNA is damaged over time. A great example being the link between parent age and kid having autism. Then of course is the matter of trying to get pregnant at that age.
It’s risky
You can "want" one at any age, but here's the question I ask: When your kid is a teen-ager, say 15, you'll be 55. Not the greatest age gap relationship, in my mind.
Risky business?
My mom was six weeks shy of 45 when I was born. While many here might question my rationality or mental stability, I am actually quite well.
My mother was 39 years old when she had my little sister ☺️
Maybe a little but it seems kinda the norm older woman having kids like Janet Jackson has a kid when she was in her 50s.
Yeah I think it is…
Yes, I do.
It can be extremely dangerous for both.
Update: it's not a huge deal. Granted my parents are 33 and 37 years older than me, but you learn to live with it.
No way if u can get pregnant an u find someone who is willing to accommodate you then get it done an FUCK who ever thinks it's wrong if they don't like it.
God Bless
not really but its late
It's possible, but you'll likely need medical assistance and planning. Are you married?
It’s up there, but if it’s loved, not at all.
Not at all.
Nope
i have seen women in their 50's have babies
