Regardless of the fact that not all people who assault boys are women and not all boys who are assaulted like women, the reason statutory rape is wrong is not because the kid won't enjoy it. That's a very likely, but secondary, concern. The reason statutory rape is wrong is because children are not developmentally ready mentally, emotionally, or (most likely) physically to have sex with an adult. And they are not rationally developed enough to give informed consent. Being sexually abused—even aside from all the effects to any victim—effects a child's development in many harmful ways. You can try to argue, maybe, that no adult man can be victimized by a woman. But that still assumes that all men always want sex from all women in all ways—and that they want it *more* than they want to be respected, humanized, or autonomous. And that is not true.
