There is of course always some very very small risk. However life is all about risk and reward and in many respects it is probably far more dangerous and risky to cross the road then to have sex with good contraception.

With intercourse there is always some risk even with bc and condoms. Luckily it’s relatively minimal but it’s up to you to decide if you wanna risk your body that way.

Yes absolutely you risk the possibility of pregnancy everytime you have piv sex regardless of contraceptives. The only real guaranteed way is sterilisation.

My wife had a hysterectomy about 10 years before we met.
So, I could have natural sex right away and not worry about that.

Generally, yes. With me there's no chance since I was sterilized. So with other sterilized people there's also 0 chance, but if neither partner is sterilized, there's always a slight chance.
