In the UK we have a law called entrapment which is to stop the police form teasing people to commit a crime. It means that the police can not tempt a crime. As responsible adults, our job is to protect children and young teens of ages, 13-17. If you study young adolescent development stages, they are not mentally mature to from that kind of "love".
