Body type may, However breast size does not come in to it.

It can have an effect on mental health. Where there is a desire or need to be wanted, owned, part of someone. Our past often manifests in how we are on the Dominant - submissive sliding scale. Memories, events, experiences, past abuse etc, all play a large part in where we sit.
