Do you think I should take the pregnancy test?

I’m sexually active with my boyfriend and I haven’t got my period yet. He don’t use condoms on me he rely on the pull out method.

He always say he pull out on time but I’m not stress out about anything. Last month it came on late but it didn’t last long like it normally do.

Superb Opinion
  • The pull out method is a fantasy concocted by uneducated people who never had the benifit of "The talk."
Seminal fluids are exchangeable long before ejaculation, but based on you question, that seems like the least of your worries. First off, this guy you're seeing sounds like he has the mental capacity of Mr. Potato Head, and I'm hoping that you understand you can probably do better. Second, contraceptives like condoms, are not only for preventing unwanted pregnancy, but also death by disease.
If you're to young to remember the AIDS epidemic, I should probably point out that that epidemic still here, it's just not publicize the way it was when it first came out, but more people are dying from HIV than ever before, so that alone should be good enough incentive to use condems.

  • The pull out method does not work. Precum has some sperm in it. Tell the guy no condom means no sex. It is not all about what he wants... you are the one who will get pregnant not him.

  • Yes. Then you should get on some form of contraception. Maybe go to Planned Parenthood.

  • How long has it been since you missed your period? How regular are you periods?

    • My period haven’t came on this month now since I’m having sex if my period do come on it’s short and light like it only last for 3 days when it normally last for 5-6 days

    • If your period doesn't come when expected, soon thereafter, it would be a good idea to get a pregnancy test.

    • Yeah it supposed to be on my now and now the month about to end I thought I should that one

  • You should take the test, for your own peace of mind anyway. And the pull out method, isn't a "method". You can and people do still get pregnant from that.

  • Oh don't worry. If you rely on the pullout method eventually that test will cone back positive

  • I would take a pregnancy test just to be safe. Or go to the doctor and have them check you out.

    • I don't know if I’m overreacting but he claim he pull out in time and I ask him so why I haven’t got my period yet?

    • It could be late, that's always a possibility but test to make sure. Otherwise, baby might be on the way. And, if this kind of stuff scares you, tell him to use a condom until you're both ready to have a kid. Simple solution.

  • If any doubt then take a test, whats the harm?

  • Take the test to be sure.

    • I hope I’m not overreacting

  • Hahaha yes always

  • Take the test.

  • Yes you should if that late
