What makes a girl innocent, to me it is: A virgin, being kind hearted, sweet, girly girl, open minded, a girl who has manners and values etc. If a girl acts bitchy, arrogant (like she is the queen en knows everything) , spoiled , bragging about accomplishments (how many boys she has slept with), stealing boyfriends from other girls, then she isn't innocent.
