It's not wrong for a lesbian or bisexual woman to like a straight woman because people can't control who they're attracted to. But people can control whether they act on their feelings or not. In this case it's not a good idea for the lesbian or bisexual woman to act on her feelings

first off unless she actually know the woman, she does not know if she is actually straight.

Even when you do know someone, not everyone is open about their sexuality.
