We have separate rooms but we share a wall.

Something you could do to test is set your vibrator running then pop into your roommates room and listen for it.

This has the additional benefit of if she hears it when you do that then it's not you as your here so the sound is not what's expected or just from somewhere else!

Depends on how well insulated the wall is. I usually put an action movie or something kind of loud on when I'm having sex when other people are home so they don't hear

Vibrators are pretty noisy so there is a good possibility they can hear

Likely yes.

Keep a fan going or something. I always use an air purifier at night on high speed to keep my roommate's noise from bothering me (he comes home from work at like midnight then often makes food on the stove at like 1AM...)
