It's not a struggle is a pleasure to make a girl orgasm, if you're not prepared to go the extra mile I don't think sex is for you.
Most people can make themselves orgasm easily, a woman's body is more complex and therefore more difficult for someone else to know where and how to stimulate them the way that gets them off. Part of the beauty to getting to know a girl, is learning what makes her cum, and veibg able to do it for her.
