I think that unsolicited nudes is a scumbag thing to send. However, in this day and age where it's really hard for a lot of guys to get girlfriends due to the fact that there's almost no where to meet girls nowadays and most people just scroll dating apps at home... if a guy asks a girl politely if he can send her nudes and she agrees I see no problem.
