Good question. Being a guy, I have no idea what a female orgasm feels like.
I think women can experience different kinds of orgasms. Some are brought on by clitoral stimulation and some by PIV, which can be G-spot, cervical, or simply the feeling of sliding and stretching her vagina.

By observation, some orgasms seem relatively mild. Some are unbelievably intense, seem to make her entire body explode, and can last a long time.
