It isn't right hitting anyone unless it's for self-defense or the girl needs a good spanking or similar in the bedroom, and in the case of self-defense I'd ofc take into account that she might be weaker than me, just as I hope she'd consider that I might legitimately be weaker than her, lol.

Let me give you a scenario.. Say a woman decided to start hitting me. I will walk away. She pursues and keeps hitting me, I will quietly advise her to stop. If she fails to head my two warnings to stop causing me physical harm, I will stop her with all of the force that i have... Which will lead to breaking bones... yes i hit that hard. If she is coming at me with a knife or gun, or some instrument like a bat or a bar, you better believe, all bets are off and my all necessary force will include lethal force...
As a rule im very much nonviolent. I hate hurting people. I refuse to do it unless i have no other option.

I'm going to say this... I have never put my hands on a woman and I hope that there is never a situation that comes about that I have to make that decision... with that said, by no means does that give women the green light to swing on me. First off I would slip that shit and either move out of arms reach or grab and hold her so she couldn't swing again... but I would not come back with a counter punch... but that does bring up the question if a woman throws a punch at a man is that going to make the situation better? I was taught to and how to defend myself but it's my choice not to knock the vagina off of a woman... some men feel differently though.

When defending myself or a loved one from significant physical harm (things like a slap in the face is not significant physical harm), I do think it is acceptable to hit a girl. That being said, I think everyone should try to avoid violence if possible, especially women, as men on average do have an advantage when it comes to physique.

Well, I often wonder why women stay with men who like to beat them black and blue... It's like ummm okay maybe these kind of women like to get beaten by their men? It's funny because she will leave him but then they will talk and make up and then a month later he's still beating her black and blue? If a guy cannot defend without retaliation then he can hit a girl. It's not easy to defend like that though. A high level belt in martial arts is needed.
